General Comments: Very poor performance from all - not sure what the actual bitrates were for this sample, but LAME -V7 to V8 produces ~48kbps for mono speech and beats all of these hands down.

6R Comment: very variable - flicks between dull and bright a nasty 'echo' of wideband noise on certain groups of words.  somewhat SBR-like, but not sure it's HE.  sounds good at times, but changes in tone throughout sample make it distracting overall.
